Head Coach/ Founder
I started CrossFit at CrossFit Malibu while earning my degree from Pepperdine University and Immediately fell in love with it. When I moved back home I started CrossFit Tulare in my garage as a place for others to come and realize their potential. Over the past 7 years that has by my purpose and I have helped hundreds of people in their pursuit of progress. Here at CrossFit Tulare our purpose is your progress. The journey you start here will carry you places you probably don’t expect but the results you can achieve are nothing short of amazing.
I am not a Fitpro. My personal fitness background is filled with as many failures as success. I know exactly what it is like to fall off the wagon and just how hard it can be to get back on. It has been my great joy to help others overcome these same obstacles with the lessons I have learned throughout my own journey and the journeys of all those I have helped over the 7 years we have run the gym

I was initially looking into Crossfit to because I didn’t fit into the traditional globogym environment. I started out with bodybuilding routines but was always looking to expand and diversify my workouts to keep from getting bored. I heard about Crossfit and it’s different integrations to include all forms of fitness, and found Crossfit Tulare right in my back yard. Fell in love with it instantly and haven’t looked back since.
I was an EMT and paramedic for a total of five years (license still active) and became burnt out from caring for patients that didn’t always care about themselves. Most of the medical issues encountered were caused by self-neglect and sedentary lifestyles. With coaching, I get to educate and help people enrich their lives from a different angle, and prevent/reverse decisions that would hinder overall quality of life.
